Business leadership, general management, product management & marketing are Vikram’s key areas of expertise in start up, mid sized and large environments. He ran flagship product line Xeon for Intel Corp USA. Vikram has helped 2 multinational companies set up operations in India. He ran the Indian operations for Lastar Inc USA in India as their Country Manager where he set up shop doing product development & sales. He developed an outsourced product development ecosystem. Instead of hiring R&D talent in-house, this ecosystem consisting of independent businesses worked on various aspects of the product design, prototyping, manufacturing and testing. The network developed and shipped tens and thousands of units to the US with FCC, TUV, CE, UL approvals with shock and vibe and Intertek certifications done in India. He strategized & created a market entry plan for the company’s products into the Indian market. B2B and B2C. Dealer network was put in place and products sold into multinational hospitality brands in India. The company was acquired by Legrand. He graduated with an MS in EE from Temple University and an MBA from University of California.

A passionate product developer with over 25 years in product innovation. Long standing clients include Titan Aerospace and BPL. Focused on intuitive and application worthy designs. Personally oversees important aspects of the design and is very hands on with the team. This attribute sets aside Kiran’s capability as a mechanical product designer. With over 100 products in application for noteworthy brands and his worldwide knowledge in terms of tooling capabilities and sourcing, nothing seems to be an impossible task with Kiran.
An engineer in Electronics & Communication, he has been a technology consultant offering my services in the product design and development services. Having worked in the industry for the last 28 years, he is familiar with most of the business domains especially the automotive industry and the ioT space. He has rich experience in managing the complete life cycle of a product development starting from innovation to market deployment and post deployment stages. This journey of entrepreneurship has given him immense opportunity to learn the various business systems, be it retail, manufacturing industry, Govt, overseas etc. He was the co-founder of two companies i-Factor Technologies Pvt Ltd and MG Grey Engine LLP and has strategically exited both the companies. Currently he offers consultation and guides companies on various domains like product design, business process, project management and business strategies to those aspiring individuals or companies that make their activities more efficient and result oriented.
